I'm excited to share my life and challenges with you, my goal is to reach out to people especially mothers who might be experiencing the same challenges. I'll write about my life before I got married, becoming a mother, stress, dealing with a child that has developmental delays, dealing with a child that is a picky eater, marriage, forgiveness, how Christ plays a major role in my life and my family, following my passion, dealing with people, believing in yourself, etc.
We deal with different challenges in life and make so many mistakes no matter how hard we try. The key is not to get caught up in all those things. You learn from your mistakes, don't let it define you. I say this because people tend to judge you based on the mistakes you've made and it's easy to believe that thats who you are. I've made mistakes that affected my perception of me, I battled with low self esteem for a while.
Over the years I've grown to accept my mistakes, believe in myself, love myself which is the important key to loving others, I still have my struggles but it's a process. I've learned to forgive, I know most people say forgive and forget but we have to be realistic. Theres no way you will forget a good or bad experience, remembering something bad that someone did to you doesn't mean that you haven't forgiven that person. Getting a revenge won't make you happy either, you still have to work on yourself. Forgive, let go and free yourself from that bondage. Harboring bad experiences consumes your soul and makes you bitter. I look forward to sharing more with you all.
